From lease negotiations to complex multi-layered property sales, we deliver constructive advice, on time and within our clients’ budgets. Our involvement in major transactions includes the acquisition, development and eventual sale of land sites for turn key developments. These transactions involve complex document structuring including tripartite purchase, lease, construction, development and sale agreements. The team has also analysed the implications of strata title legislation for CBD sites including heritage listed buildings. Our advice has lead to the successful strata-titling of multi-faceted developments including commercial, residential and hotel facilities. Our organisational and co-ordination skills were demonstrated for a major property owner who purchased a diverse range of landholdings across Queensland and other States. The multi-million dollar portfolio included rural, residential and commercial land, even an entire street. We successfully met the challenge to achieve simultaneous settlement of the many properties within significant time constraints.
