National Consumer Credit Code Update
Text Box: Further to our Banking Alert on 1 August 2011, the National Consumer Credit Protection Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 4) have been released. They can be located on the ComLaw web site along with the Explanatory Statement. The regulations were made on the 28 July 2011, with the amendments relating to credit guides to commence on 1 October 2011. Richard Williams, Partner, Banking Services
