Sam Pearlman joined MacGillivrays in 2007 and heads the Sydney Office of the firm.

Admitted as a solicitor in 1993, he holds a BA from Flinders University in South Australia, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and a Masters in Corporate & Commercial Law from University of New South Wales.

Sam is experienced in advocacy, litigation and dispute resolution and he has an impressive track record of achievements. His presence in the Sydney office strengthens MacGillivrays’ ability to provide a national service for its clients.

Sam acts for major banks, finance companies, property developers and mercantile agents.

Outside of work Sam surfs, is a keen snowboarder and an active lifesaver on Sydney's eastern beaches.
