Peter was nominated for the award by BCA (NSW) which stated: “Peter Dwyer’s and MacGillivrays’ support goes beyond that of a lawyer / client relationship in the way that the company has invested time and money into understanding the industry to a level of detail needed to really add value at industry level… There are not many law firms that can demonstrate the record of involvement and contributions to the Bus Industry, with a client base in multiple states together with strong partnerships with Industry Associations…” “The adversarial nature of the NSW reforms required special skills and understanding to be able to produce sustainable contract – MacGillivrays did the hard yards for the industry.”
