| Gary
Woodman is a lawyer with more than 25 years litigation and dispute
resolution experience. Gary has acted for a wide variety of clients
across a range of commercial and contractual disputes, recoveries,
trade practices, banking litigation, employment and industrial relations.
Gary also specialises in employment law and industrial relations.
His particular areas of interest include unfair and unlawful dismissals,
employment contract drafting, interpretation and resolution of contractual
provisions and disputes, harassment and bullying, discrimination
in the workplace and anti-discrimination. He has appeared in both
State and Federal Industrial Relations Commissions and the Anti-Discrimination
Commission.
Gary is a member of the Industrial Relations Association of Queensland.
He has written a number of articles on employment issues which have
been published in journals and magazines including Finance Broker
Magazine; Mortgage Brief; Queensland Bus Industry Council News.
Away
from work Gary plays golf and enjoys camping.
