Chris Studach joined MacGillivrays’ Property Services division in April 2005.

Chris has eight years experience in acting for major commercial and retail landlords as well as experience in private sector development of residential and major mixed use projects, including layered body corporate arrangements and harbour developments, he has conducted matters across all Australian jurisdictions.

Chris has significant expertise in strata titling and body corporate issues. His skills in the Body Corporate area include structuring tenure and management regimes, project and sales documentation, management rights and sales, volumetric titling, establishing of community title schemes and dispute resolution under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act.

As an experienced property lawyer Chris is very aware of the driving imperatives of property clients and always strives to meet the need for accurate, fast and efficient advice.

He is also involved in commercial acquisitions and disposals and documentation of easements for the private sector and government owned organisations.

In his spare time he enjoys getting away to North Stradbroke Island.
