Sandra Basset joined
MacGillivrays in 2007. Sandra specialises in the area of Wills and
Estates, including Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Estate
Litigation (including Family Provision Applications) as well as
the areas of Powers of Attorney and Retirement Village purchases.
Her
experience and ability to empathise with clients along with her
legal expertise puts clients quickly at ease.
Sandra
has a LLB from QIT with further completion of the Graduate Diploma
of Legal Practice. She has written a number of articles on various
aspects of Estate Planning including articles on testamentary trusts,
structuring, roles and responsibilities of executors and enduring
powers of attorney.
Outside
of work, Sandra enjoys playing softball, with her additional role
of official statistician for her teams in the State Titles.
